Crispy Red Cabbage

Cut one head of red cabbage into wedges, keeping the core in tact. Lay the wedges on a cut side, on a lined baking sheet.


Drizzle with good olive or avocado oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.


Bake at 395F until the top leaves have curled up, browned and become crispy.


Drizzle with aged balsamic (optional).
